In light of recent updates concerning the impact and continued spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, luxury Ikoyi restaurant, and bar, W Bar Lounge announces the indefinite closure of the restaurant/bar.

This is coming off the heels of the recent all-black themed St. Valentine’s Day event tagged The Black Rose. The event which was strictly by reservation, saw a large crowd gathered to enjoy good music, delicious food platters and also meet new people and network. However, operations are now halted for the safety and well-being of both staff and customers of W Bar.

Speaking on the closure, the management of W Bar says:
“Due to the latest global crisis that has impacted every person in every country, The W Bar will be closed until further notice. We urge everyone to stay safe and follow the expert advice that will protect you and your loved ones as we weather this storm. We will keep you updated on any further developments. Stay safe Nigeria”.

According to the management of the luxury lounge, operations will resume as soon as the pandemic’s spread reduces and the ban on large gatherings is lifted.
